Technical Data:

Suspend 30.21g of the medium in 1000ml of distilled water .Mix well and heat with frequent agitation. Dispense into triangle flasks. Sterilize in the autoclave at 116℃(15 lbs.) for 30 minutes.(pH5.5,adjust by diluted HCL)
