Technical Data:

Suspend 41.74g of the medium in 1000ml of distilled water. Mix well and heat with frequent agitation. Dispense into tubes or flasks. Sterilize in the autoclave at 116℃(15 lbs.) for 30 minutes.

Note: there are microdeposits in this medium. The pH is 3.51. Please adjust the pH as required to meet performance criteria
