Technical Data:

Suspend 45.0 g of the medium and 10g of Tween 80 in one liter of distilled water. Mix well and heat with frequent agitation. Dispense into tubes or flasks. Sterilize in the autoclave at121℃(15 lbs.) for 15 minutes.
