Technical Data:

Suspend 45.3g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled water,add 10ml glycerol/liter,heat to boiling for 1 min with shaking,sterilize in an autoclave at 121℃ for 15 min.Cool to 50℃ and pour into Petri dishes.
