Technical Data:

Suspend 20.3g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled water. Dispense into 16mm*160mm tubes with small cuvette(8ml/tube).Sterilize in an autoclave at 121℃(15 lbs.) for 15 minutes.Cooling and storage at 4℃.Before use,heating in water bath for 5 minutes. Add 0.5ml of filtration sterilized Sodium Metabisul Solution(12g/L) and 0.5ml of Ammonium Ferric Citrate Solution(10g/L) in each tube.
