Technical Data:

Suspend 5.8g of the medium in 95ml of distilled water. Sterilize in an autoclave at 121℃(15 lbs.) for 15 minutes. Cooling to 45-50℃. Add 1 vial of HB4116-1(Tellurite yolk Enrichment Solution). MIx well and pour into sterile plates.
