Technical Data:

Suspend 64.5g of the medium in one liter of deionized or distilled water. Heat and boil for 1 minute. Dispense into 16mm*150mm tubes. Sterilize in the autoclave at 121℃(15 lbs.) for 15 minutes.Make a 4-5cm slant,2-3cm bottom.
